What if diet and exercise are not enough
ForeverFitness The standard ad on TV wants you to try their sponsor's product when diet and exercise are not enough. The manufacturer's belief is that many people cannot benefit from standard practices alone. In theory, their product, whatever it may be, is the answer to the problem.

How long is long enough for a weight loss program
As reasonable people, we all have cut off points in doing whatever it is that we do. When it comes to Weight loss there is no do difference. We all need to know when it is that we have tried for long enough. We need to know when should we simply cut our losses and quit.

Mere fasting is best during periods of personal loss
Some people have a problem with either exercise or diet. Others have a problem with both. These people know what they have to do, but simply cannot motivate themselves to do it. For whatever reason the desire to be more trim is just not strong enough in them.

Many people believe that losing Weight is more a function of exercise than of diet. Of course there are other who believe the opposite. Who is right?

Some people have no difficulty modifying their diets. Possibly because of prudent dietary upbringing, they can cut the fat and cut calories without experiencing any kind of significant discomfort. While it seems that few are like this, some definitely are.
