Finally take advantage of the interactive (Web 2.0) features and comment other videos, leave messages and invite friends or subscribe to their videos to attract them to your profile. The rest is up to you, but there are lots of tutorials you can watch to help you out free.

I get people years later that view one of my videos and contact me. That's passive advertising at it's ultimate in my opinion.
